Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Rezyto account and personal data directly within the app. No email or web request is needed.
Steps to delete your account

Open the Rezyto app and log in.

Go to the My Account tab.

Tap the menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner.

Select Delete account.

Confirm when prompted. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Name, email, and phone number
- Google account link
- Delivery addresses
- Profile data
All deleted permanently and immediately.
What may be retained
Scan history, gift fulfillment records, and complaint records may be retained in de-identified form for fraud prevention and recordkeeping, as permitted by law, even after account deletion.
